Got banned from Server. Punkbuster

    Just got banned from server. Punkbuster requesting screenshots looks like this issue. 
     
     
    - Your In Game Name  - Glakr
    - The Admin that banned you (if applicable)  - Punkbuster
    - Match was actually finished.  I was AFK.  My daughter was playing with me (Sheabob1) and she had unlocked a new scope for her AEK in the previous match.  I was at her computer helping her equip her new scope.  Came back and had the server ban message.
     
    I don't play BF3 as much any more (just when my daughter wants to play) since BF4 came out, but this server is in my favorites and I have played a whole lot of hours on this server over the last few years.
     
    Please un-ban me.

    I have removed your ban.  Sometimes screenshots get messed up when there are two computers playing with the same ip address such as your case.  I am adding "Glakr" and "Sheabob1" to our reserved slots list which will exempt you from the screenshot plugin.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The server will have to restart before the ban is fully removed.  This usually happens at 6AM EST if the server is empty...if not it may be a few days.  Please be patient.  Post back here if you still cannot join the server.
